NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Review of the Township of Bruce, County of Macomb, will be in session at the Bruce Township Hall, at 223 East Gates Street, Romeo, Michigan on the following dates:
Monday, March 13, 2023 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Tuesday, March 14, 2023 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Appeals will be heard by appointment. Please call (586) 752-4585, ext 200 to schedule an appointment.
By board resolution, taxpayers are able to protest by letter, (including email), sent to 223 E. Gates, Romeo MI 48065 or assessing@brucetwp.org, provided protest is received before March 14th, 2023 at 5 p.m.
The properties in Bruce Township will be subject to the following Tentative State Equalization Ratios and Factors as provided by the Macomb County Equalization Department:
