Kathleen Emma Loba, 88, a longtime resident of Macomb County, died Friday, March 17, 2023 surrounded by family. She was born July 10, 1934, in Detroit, the daughter of George and Lillian (Hoffman) Harbron. She married her beloved husband, Edward Loba, on Feb. 13, 1954, in Richmond.
She graduated from Richmond High School in 1953. Kathy was a longtime member of the United Methodist Church in Romeo where she was very active. Her hobbies included reading and attending bible studies.
She is survived by her beloved children, Linda (Ed) Klusendorf, of Ray Township, and Mark Edward Loba, of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; seven beloved grandchildren and seven beloved great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed, in 2015; her parents, a brother and a sister.
A Memorial Service is pending.
Burial will be made at Richmond Cemetery at a later date.
Memorial Donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
