PUBLIC NOTICE – NOTICE OF LAST DAY OF REGISTRATION FOR THE ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2024 ARMADA TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN

TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF ARMADA TOWNSHIP:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Armada Township who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Township Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, other designated state agency, or www.michigan.gov/sos.

The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, February 12, 2024.

After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.492) at the Armada Township Clerk’s office, located at 23121 E. Main, Armada, MI 48005 at the following times:

• Regular business hours: Monday – Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Saturday, February 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Election Day, Tuesday, February 27 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the Presidential Primary Election you will be voting on nominating candidates for the office of President of the United States and proposals listed below:

Romeo Community Schools: Building and Site Sinking Fund Millage Renewal Proposal and Operating Millage Renewal Proposal.

Persons with special needs as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact the clerk’s office 586.784.5200.
