At 7:00 p.m., on Monday January 22, 2024, at Romeo Parks and Recreation Building 361 Morton Street, Romeo, MI 48065, a public hearing will be held to obtain the views of the citizens concerning community development and housing needs, as required by the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended.
The Village of Romeo will be receiving $2,500.00 in Community Development Block Grant funds for FY 2023 from the Macomb “Urban County” program.

DDA Winterfest Permit – motion carried; Marihuana License Issuance – new license announced; Sign Fee Permit Update – motion carried; Municipal Analytics & Software – motion carried for purchase; Executive Search – Village to post Police Chief position; Appointments – motion carried; Review and Discussion of the Village of Romeo Zoning Ordinance No. 482, Article 17 Nonconforming Uses et al – no board action taken; Clerk’s Ordinance Review-ordinance discussed, no board action taken.
