NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. by the Armada Township Board of Trustees at the Armada Township Hall, located at 23121 East Main, Armada, MI.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comments for consideration of an application for an Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption Certificate submitted by DC & Son Properties LLC., 70710 Powell Rd. (parcel ID# 13.02.31.100.018), Armada MI.
Copies of the application may be examined at the Armada Township Hall Offices, 23121 East Main, Armada, MI 48005 during the regular business hours. Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM-4:00 PM until the date of the hearing. Written comments may be addressed to the Armada Township Board of Trustees, call 586-784-5200, Ext: 10 with questions or email to clerk@armadatwp.org. Oral comments will be taken during the hearing on December 10, 2025.
