The following motions were made and passed: To approve agenda as presented. To approve list of bills as presented. To receive and file departmental reports. To approve minutes: 10.8.25. Approved: Resolution No. 2025-07 Macomb County Hazard Mitigation Plan 2025-2030 hired Ascend Group as agent to manage fire department Humana, Hartford and HAP accounts. Rezoning for parcel #13-02-13-300-019 from R-1 to AG, file suit for parcel #13-02-03-200-16 zoning ordinance violation, set public hearing for an Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption Certificate consideration for December 10 for DC & Son Properties LLC. Contributed $500 to PDR Committee for securing a farm purchase in Richmond Township as part of the PA116 Program.
