Approved meeting minutes of November 4, 2025. Police Department Presentation. Approved: Consent agenda, publications for the City of Memphis, plumbing/mechanical inspector, electrical categories and fees on permit application, P&R cell phone reimbursement, invoices for DPW and W&S and Renew Comerica Bank CD. Tabled: City hall outdoor sign, library lights and sent Mill Street bridge inspection to DPW Committee.
