Held public hearing for Application for Industrial Facilities Application Certificate – DC& Son Properties LLC.
The following motions were made and passed: To approve agenda as amended. To approve list of bills. To receive and file departmental reports. To approve minutes: 11.12.25. Approved IFT Certificate for DC& Son Properties LLC – Resolution No. 2025-08. Meeting dates approved for Board of Trustees (Resolution No. 2025-09), Planning Commission and Budget Workshop Dates. 2026 Summer Tax Collection Agreements. Annual Exemption Public Act 152 of 2011 – Resolution No. 2025-10. Set the following public hearings for January 14, 2026 at 7 pm: Community Development Block Grant, Armada Township Cost Recovery Ordinance and Single Hauler Waste Collection and Disposal Services. Signed Consulting Agreement and Business Associate Contract with The Ascend Group. Hired as alternate building inspectors: Kyle Kallek and Kurt Sengstock. To adjourn meeting at 7:39 p.m.
