NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday January 14, at 7:00 p.m. in the municipal offices located at 23121 E. Main, Armada, Michigan, the Armada Township Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing to consider the adoption of the Armada Township Cost Recovery Ordinance.
The proposed Ordinance is intended to allow Armada Township to recover costs associated with emergency response services, enforcement activities, staff time, inspections, abatement actions, specialized equipment use, or other applicable services from individuals or entities responsible for generating such costs. The ordinance establishes procedures, fee structures, billing mechanisms, and appeal processes related to the recovery of these costs.
The public hearing will afford members of the public an opportunity to provide verbal and written comments on the proposed ordinance, a copy of which will be available for public inspection at the above-identified municipal offices during regular business hours and at the public hearing.
