Notice is hereby given that there will be a Public Hearing before the Charter Township of Washington Planning Commission on Thursday January 8th, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Washington Township Board Room located in the Municipal Building at 57900 Van Dyke Washington Township, MI 48094 in which the general public will have an opportunity to comment during the public hearing portion of the meeting.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear and receive comments related to a proposed amendment to the Clifton Corners Planned Unit Development for modifications proposed for the Clifton Farms and Vernon Grove Developments made by Diverse Real Estate LLC., 13001 23 Mile Road, Suite 200 Shelby Township MI 48315.

Amendments.
Proposed Request: Diverse Real Estate LLC. is requesting consideration for a reconfiguration of the clubhouse area to better align with the needs of the apartment residents. The Pre Planning Advisory Committee considered this proposed change to be a major modification which then requires Planning Commission Approval. Along with this request, the Pre Planning Advisory Committee considered other minor modifications that do not require Planning Commission approval.
