• Public Comment-was distributed to Board.
• Approved minutes.
• Public Hearing was held for CDBG Funds.
• Approved budget modifications & bills list.
• Received & file Officers Reports and Department Reports.
• Allocated CDBG funds to Interfaith Caregivers & Twp. Senior Director & Fitness Instructor wages.
• Approved MMTA 2026 Winter Workshop.
• Approved Gilbert’s Sportsmen’s Club Shooting permit.
• Approved Additional Construction Admin Services for Fire Station.
• Approved 2026 Recreation Events.
• Appointed Alternate ZBA member.
• Approved furnishing for the Fire Station.
• Approved Twp. Application for America250 grant for Procter Cemetery Restoration.
• Appointed Alternate Board of Review member.
• Public comment-none.
• Adjourned at 8:11 p.m.
