The Village of Armada has adopted an ordinance adding Title XI, Chapter 111 to the Village Code of Ordinances, entitled “Designated Single Waste Hauler,” for the purpose of establishing and implementing a program for the curbside collection and disposal of mixed waste, bulk items, recyclables, and yard waste/lawn debris generated by single family generation sites by a single waste hauler. The ordinance shall be effective twenty-one (21) days following adoption. A copy of the ordinance can be inspected or obtained from the Office of the Village Clerk located at 74274 Burk Street, Armada, Michigan 48005, during normal business hours.
