A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on January 13, 2026, at 7:01 pm in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd., Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Karen Reilly, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Emily Campbell, Trustee; John Casadei, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee
ABSENT: Jack Elder, Trustee
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve the consent agenda, as read.
3. To support the Interlocal agreement with Oakland County for the safe collection and disposal of household hazardous waste at a charge of $15 per Township resident vehicle, and authorize the Township Clerk to sign the agreement and resolution #26-01.
4. To deny the request for a variance to the land division with requirement for parcel 10-12-300-012 (east side of Rush Road).
5. To appoint Mr. Robert Trecapelli to the Zoning Board of Appeals, term to expire, September 1, 2027.
6. To receive and file the preliminary 2025 4th quarter budget report.
7. To adjourn at 7:39 pm.
