COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard and Received: Treasurer’s and Code Enforcement Reports for January, 2026; the F & V Report for December, 2025; a Verbal Report from the Water Commissioner. Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 1/26/26 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $341,462.08 as presented. Unanimously approved: to adopt the Resolution Calling Annual Public Hearing on Special Assessment Roll for Armada Village Police Special Assessment District on March 9, 2026 at 7:00 pm; to approve the Waste Collection and Disposal Contract between the Township of Armada, Village of Armada, and Priority Waste, LLC, subject to approve by the Township of Armada, and authorize the President and Clerk to sign the Contract on behalf of the Village; to approve the Promotional Process for Rank of Sergeant as presented; to hire Chy Williams as a part-time Administrative Assistant for the Village Office at a rate of $18.00 per hour.
