Notice is hereby given that the Richmond Township Board of Trustees, at their regular meeting on February 11, 2026, adopted amendments to the Richmond Township Zoning Ordinance. The amendments pertain to requiring rat walls for all accessory structures exceeding 200 square feet, as set forth in Section 7.00(A)(7).
Copies of the adopted amendments are available for review at the Richmond Township Clerk’s office, 34900 School Section Road, Richmond, MI., 48062, during normal Township business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, excluding holidays.
