The City of Memphis March Board of Review will meet at City Hall located at 80375 Main Street, Memphis, Michigan 48041.
Organizational Meeting (No Appeals will be heard at this meeting)
The Board of Review will review and inspect the assessment roll prior to the public hearing.
Tuesday, March 3, 2026 4:45 p.m.
Public Appeals will be heard by appointment on the following dates:
Monday, March 9, 2026 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday, March 11, 2026 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Friday, March 13, 2026 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
If you wish to make an appointment to appeal to the Board of Review, please call the City offices at 810-392-2385 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. beginning on February 23, 2026.
Appointments must be scheduled by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026.
Residents and Non-Residents that are unable to appear in person may appeal by letter, providing it is received at the City no later than 12:00 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2026.
Property owners who have questions on the assessment and/or appeal process may request an informal meeting with the Assessor. Please call for more information.
