COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard and Received: Water Commissioner read aloud his written report; Street Administrator Barzyk informed Council of her intent to apply for a grant through Lisa McLain’s office; Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of 1/19/26; Planning Commission 2025 Year in Review; Planning Commission 2026 Agenda and 2026 Meeting Dates. Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 2/9/26 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $50,835.2 as presented. Unanimously approved: to set the Public Hearing date for approval of the 2026/2027 Fiscal Year Budget for March 23, 2026, at 7:00 pm; to approve the proposed fiscal year 2026/2027 budget for the Downtown Development Authority Fund.
