COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard and Received: Treasurer’s and Code Enforcement Reports for February, 2026; the F & V Report for January, 2026 was not received; a written Report from the Water Commissioner and Street Administrator were read aloud. Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 2/23/26 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $112,610.65 as presented. Unanimously approved: to enter into Public Hearing to consider adoption of a Resolution confirming annual Special Assessment Roll for the Armada Village Police Special Assessment District at 7:17 p.m.; to exit Public Hearing at 7:19 p.m.; to adopt the Resolution confirming the special assessment roll for the purpose of defraying Police Protection Costs in the Armada Village Police Special Assessment District and directing further proceedings for the collection and distribution of the special assessment levy on the taxable value of all lands and premises in the District; to approve the MML Liability and Property Pool renewal for the 2026-2027 term for a cost not to exceed $56,142.00; to approve the budget amendments for the Salvage Title Fund – increase- Capital Outlay in the amount of $16,872.41 for outfitting new Police Car which brings the total estimated fund balance for the Salvage Title Fund to $219,213.59; to approve the budget amendment for the Local Street Fund – increase – Sublet Contracted Services in the amount of $30,646.62 for the Cape Seal Project and to increase the Professional Service Engineering in the amount of $15,074.00 bringing the estimated fund balance for the Local Street Fund to $4,243.38.
