NOTICE: Please be advised that, on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., the Village of Romeo, MI Zoning Board of Appeals, will hold a public hearing at the Meeting Room located at 361 Morton Street, Romeo, MI 48065. The purpose of this public hearing is to hear comments, oral or written, and consider the following application for address:

The applicant/owner is seeking an enlargement of a non-conforming structure in accordance with Ordinance 482, Section 46-694 by proposing a 3-car garage with a breezeway attached to the existing house. The placement of the attached accessory structure is in compliance with the ordinance for accessory buildings in the R-1 district. However, the house is nonconforming as it is less than 9 feet from the east property line (side) and is slightly less than 40 feet from the north property line (rear).
