Washington Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 5.0 Site Standards, Section 5.13 Environmental Provisions, C. Screening Requirements, 4. Screening requirements in the V-1 Village District.
Purpose of request:
To request a variance, which if granted would allow the applicant to reduce the amount of landscaping greenbelt space provided between the parking lot and the existing fence. The ordinance requires a minimum of ten (10) feet be provided, the applicant has requested an eight (8) foot variance from this standard. This is for the area along the eastern property line.
