Washington Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 5.0 Site Standards, Section 5.1 Accessory Buildings and Structures, B. Accessory Buildings in Residential Districts, 1. Area Requirements, b. Lot area equal to or exceeding one (1) acre, (2) Maximum Permitted Square Footage: Less than 2 acres: 1,200 square feet.
Purpose of request:
To request a variance in the amount of 300 square feet for the purpose of constructing an accessory building that is 1,500 square feet in size.
