NOTICE: On Monday, April 20, 2026, the Village of Romeo Board of Trustees voted to adopt Ordinance 575 – Fences. This ordinance replaces Ordinance 482 in its entirety.
Chapter 46 of the Village of Romeo Code of Ordinances was amended in its entirety, and the ordinance adopts new zoning standards within the Village of Romeo. The motion to adopt the ordinance was made by Trustee Edwards, with support by Trustee Kare, and passed by a 4-0 vote.
A true copy of the ordinance is on file at the office of the Village Clerk located at 121 W. Saint Clair, Romeo, MI 48065, and is available for public examination by contacting the clerk at clerk@villageofromeomi.gov.
