The following motions were made and passed: To approve agenda as amended. To approve bills list. To receive and file departmental reports. To approve minutes: 6.10.26.
Approved: To remain part of the Urban County program (CDBG) for a three-year period including 2027,2028 and 2029. Zoning Ordinance Amendments to Articles 2, 5 and 6. FY2027 Smart Contract, Resolution No. 2026-11. Fire Dept: Memorandum of Understanding. Hired Michael Barger Full Time FF/EMT. Promoted FF Heath and FF Pellerito to rank of sergeant. Accepted resignation from building department administrator. Hired Candice Hacias as new building administrator. Public comment was heard.
