On July 8, 2026 the Township Board of Trustees for the Township of Armada, approved Amendments to the Armada Township Zoning Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 114, as amended. The purpose of the Amendment is to Articles 2, 5, and 6, to modify the current regulation regarding building appearance, fence, open space and farmland communities, residential entry ways, landscaping, exterior lighting, performance standards, trash receptacles, and development impact reports to off-street parking lots, stacking spaces and loading spaces.
A complete copy of the Ordinance Amendment is posted in the office of the Township Clerk located at 23121 E. Main Street, Armada, MI 48005 and on the Armada Township website which can be accessed at www.armadatwp.org. The Ordinance Amendment may be reviewed, inspected or a copy purchased at the Township Clerk’s Office Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Ordinance Amendment shall take effect seven (7) days after this publication.
