To the Qualified Electors: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the PRIMARY ELECTION will be held in Richmond Township, County of Macomb, State of Michigan on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at the places of holding the Election in Richmond Township as indicated below.
EARLY VOTING SITE FOR PRECINCT 1 AND PRECINCT 2: Located at Richmond Township Hall, 34900 School Section Road, Richmond, MI. DATES AND TIMES EARLY VOTING ONLY: Saturday July 25 consecutive to Sunday August 2 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.

All precincts are handicap accessible. Voting instructions are available in alternative formats. Contact your Clerk’s office for details. Please note that “photo identification” requirement implemented per Michigan Election Law, requires voters appearing at polling locations to present picture identification, or sign an affidavit if they do not have picture identification with them.
ELECTION DAY: THE POLLS of said election will be open at 7:00 a.m. and will remain open until 8:00 p.m. of said day of election.

Please note that the Richmond Township will be open to the public Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to process absentee ballot requests ONLY. Friday, July 31, 2026 is the last day an absent voter ballot can be mailed via First Class mail. On Monday, August 3, 2026 absentee ballots must be voted in person at the clerk’s office up until 4:00 p.m.
