TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF MEMPHIS, MACOMB AND ST. CLAIR COUNTIES: Notice is hereby given that a Primary Election will be conducted in all voting precincts of this State on TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2026 at which time candidates of the Republican Party and Democratic Party seeking nomination to the following partisan offices are to be voted in your county: State Governor, United States Senator, State Senator, Representative in Congress, Representative in State Legislature and such other partisan offices that may be by law required to be nominated at the primary. Candidates seeking nomination for the following nonpartisan offices are also to be voted for in designated counties at the August 4, 2026, Primary Election: County Executive (Macomb), County Commissioner, Delegate to County Convention, Judge of the Circuit Court and such other nonpartisan offices that may by law be required to be nominated at the primary. Said election will be conducted at Precinct #1 and Precinct #2 at 80375 Main Street, Memphis, MI. 48041, TUESDAY, AUGUST 4, 2026, from 7:00 am and will remain open until 8:00 pm of said day of election. PICTURE IDENTIFICATION AT THE POLLS: Every Michigan voter who votes at the polls must show picture identification or sign an affidavit attesting that he or she is not in possession of picture identification.
