Allowed Permanent Sign Types and Standards for Non-Residential Zoning Districts, Monument Sign: Number Permitted, Monument Sign: Dimensions, Maximum Sign Area and Maximum Height.

Purpose of request:
To request variances which if granted would allow for:
One additional monument sign, (2 permitted based on the total road frontage exceeding 400ft),
One sign to exceed the maximum square footage and maximum height by 2 feet in height and 16 square feet in area, (proposed sign is 64 square feet in area and 12 feet in height),
A setback variance for all three proposed signs in the amount of 36 feet as measured from the centerline of the Van Dyke road right-of-way.
