Pres. Coenen called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Coenen, Clark, Stirrett, Adair, Barzyk, Shall, and Boelke. Also present: Clerk Poulos, Treasurer Porter, Carmelo Portero, Pola Portaro, Heather Jaracz, Bryon Jaracz, Angela Hemby, Gary Hemby, Stacy Sobotka, Marcia Hollins, and Kevin Grand.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard and Received: Verbal reports from the Sewer and Water Commissioners; and the F&V Monthly Operating Report for June and July, 2026. Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 8/10/26 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $153,7990.08 as presented. Unanimously approved: to allow the Clerk to sign the Municipal Credit and Community Credit Contract and Resolution to distribute the FY 2027 Municipal Credit Funds totaling $1,577.00 and the Community Credit Funds totaling $5,090.00 directly to Richmond/Lenox EMS; hire Julie Sabelhaus as a part-time Administrative Assistant for the Village Office at a rate of $18.00 per hour.
