Notice is hereby given that the Memphis Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 80375 Main Street, Memphis, MI 48041.
The purpose of the meeting will be to consider a variance to Chapter 150 Zoning Section 150.078(B):
1. Owner of parcel #04-03-02-102-001 is requesting a variance to the height of the fence in the front yard.
The hearing is authorized by Chapter 150 Section 150.028(B)(3)(b).
The public is encouraged to attend this hearing. Interested citizens may also submit written comments to the City Clerk, Memphis City Hall, 80375 Main Street, Memphis, MI 48041 prior to the date of the public hearing.
