COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as amended: Added
General Fund Loan to Water Fund as New Business Agenda Item B. Heard and Received: Verbal report from the Planning Commission Liaison and Water Commissioner; the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of 7-20-26. Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 10/12/26 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $245,286.98 as presented; to approve the Special Event Permit Application from the Armada Lions Club for the Goodfellow Paper Four Corner Fundraiser on December 4 through 6, 2026 between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Christmas Tree Set-Up on November 28, 2026, between the hours of 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm; Santa Day on December 19, 2026, between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm; and Holly Days on December 5, 2026, between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm.; to approve the Special Event Permit Application on 12/5/26 between the hours of 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm for a Dedication Ceremony for the Historic Marker. Unanimously approved: to accept the quote from Szczesny Floor Covering to move and reset furniture in the Police Department area, the Conference Room area, and the Village Office area including the Treasurer and President’s offices for a cost of $450.00 and allow the Clerk to sign on behalf of the Village; to approve a loan from the General Fund to the Water Fund in the amount of $75,000.00 and it will be paid back to the General Fund.
