Jane P. Logan, 89, of Armada, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, April 9, 2020. She was born Oct. 31, 1930 in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, the daughter of John B. and Lizzie (nee Anderson) Adamson. On April 21, 1951, she married Gordon Logan in Ellon, Scotland.

Jane worked for 17 years as a paraprofessional at Armada Area  Schools until she retired in 1991. She enjoyed making cookies and knitting. Jane’s favorite pastime was watching her grandchildren. She was a kind hearted woman and loved by many. Jane will be greatly missed by her loving family and many friends.

Jane is survived by her son, Gordon J. (Laurel) Logan; daughters, Irene (William) Bodendorfer, Elizabeth (Steve) Tebeau and Lynn (Vince) LaCavera; grandchildren, Christopher (Shannon) Bodendorfer, Nathan Bodendorfer, Megan LaCavera, Rachel LaCavera and Mary Claire (Matthew) Esper; and great-grandchildren, Madison and Morgan Bodendorfer.  Jane is predeceased in death by her husband Gordon, parents John and Lizzie Adamson, sisters Elizabeth McKinnon and Annie Adamson.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial visitation and service will be planned for a later date.

Jane will be laid to rest next to her husband in Willow Grove Cemetery, Richmond Township.

Memorial tributes would be appreciated to the Armada Lions Club or Armada Education Foundation.
