The purpose of this public hearing is to hear and receive comments regarding a Site Plan/Special Land Use Request for V&R Van Dyke Retail submitted by V&R Washington, LLC. 65859 Van Dyke, Washington, MI 48095. The applicant seeks consideration on the following special land use requests as outlined in the Washington Township Zoning Ordinance: Article 4.0 Use Standards, Section 4.43 Outdoor Cafes and Section 4.23 Drive Thru Facilities, A. In the O-1 and GC districts, 1-5.
