Approved: Agenda as amended, minutes: 11.8.23; 11.21.23, bills and department reports as presented. 4 Grand Farms, LLC variance request. 2024 Board meeting and budget workshop dates. 2024 summer tax agreements. Set Community Development Block Grant Public Hearing for January 10 at 7 p.m. Increased election inspectors hourly wage to $15. Update website with Shumacher Technology Group for $1,750. Amendment to Planning & Zoning Fee Schedule. Approved Community Safety Division Fee Schedule. Approved purchase of training software for the fire department from Target Solutions. Cost share agreement for bridge repairs with Macomb County Department of Roads $26,603. Skilled trades registration fee for mechanical, plumbing and electrical to $15.
