Approval of Minutes –– Approval of November 20, 2023 minutes: motion carried. Approval of the Bills –Approval in the amount of $42,624.69 and $422,258.96: motion carried. Special Presentations – 3 presentations – Parks and Rec Master Plan presentation; Romeo Community Schools ballot upcoming ballot proposal presentation; Introduction of new Romeo Police Officer. Correspondences – one was read. Public Comments – No comments. Officer reports: President – report given, Clerk – report given, Treasurer – given during agenda item, Trustees- reports given, Planning Commission Ex-Ofico – Report given. Committee reports- Fire/ALS Contract – conversations continue; Parks and Rec Lease – no update; PILOP Committee –had first meeting, discussion continues; GSOP Committee – did not meet, correspondence from residents was read. Unfinished business: Cemetery – discussion, no board action; Elected Officials Pay – update to come. New Business: WWTP Purchase – motion carried to purchase. WWTP Biosolids Removal Contract Renewal – motion carried to renew. Lawn Maintenance Bid – motion carried to continue with current company. 2024 Annual Appointments – motion carried as presented. 2024 Village Observed Holiday Dates – motion carried with edits.
