On December 19, 2023, the Township Board of the Township of Ray, Macomb County, Michigan adopted Ordinance No. 81, being the Ray Township Property Maintenance Code. The Ordinance adopted by reference the International Property Maintenance Code, 2024 Edition, Edition including appendices as modified pursuant to the provisions of the Ordinance. The Ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after the date of this publication. A copy of the Ordinance and the International Property Maintenance Code, 2024 Edition, may be inspected during regular business hours at the Ray Township Clerk’s office located at 64255 Wolcott Rd., Ray, MI 48023. A copy of the International Property Maintenance Code, 2024 Edition is available through the State of Michigan Bureau of Construction Codes. (www.michigan.gov/bcc).
