PUBLIC NOTICE – CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON SPECIAL LAND USE REQUEST PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charter Township of Washington Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday February 8th, 2024, in the Board Room of the Washington Township Municipal Building located at 57900 Van Dyke, Washington, MI 48094, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear and receive comments related to, “Total Safe Space Storage”. This project is proposed to be built in 3 Phases. Phase 1 includes the Outdoor RV, Boat and Trailer Storage area. Phase 2 & 3 includes two (2) multi-tenant indoor storage buildings. The applicant seeks consideration on the following Special Land Use request as outlined in the Washington Township Zoning Ordinance, Article 4.0 Use Standards, Section 4.45 Outdoor Storage and/or display.

If you are unable to attend the public hearing, you can mail your comments in advance or drop them off at the Planning and Zoning Department inside the Washington Township Municipal Building prior to the date of the meeting.
