A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 6:19 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as amended.
2. To approve going into closed session at 6:21 PM for the purpose of: 1) Discussion of confidential legal opinion regarding liquor license under the MLCC, pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g); 2) Discussion of confidential legal opinion – Equalization Contract.
3. To adjourn the meeting at 6:50 PM.
