PUBLIC NOTICE – RAY TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF PUBLIC ACCURACY TEST OF VOTING EQUIPMENT

To the qualified electors of Ray Township, Macomb County, State of Michigan:

NOTICE is hereby given the Public Accuracy Test for the electronic voting equipment that will be used for the Presidential Primary on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 Election is scheduled for Monday, February 5, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Ray Township, 64255 Wolcott Rd, Ray, MI 48096.

The Public Accuracy Test for the electronic voting equipment that will be used for the Presidential Primary Joint Early Voting for Ray Township, Bruce Township and the Charter Township of Washington is scheduled for Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. at the Charter Township of Washington Activity Center located at 57880 Van Dyke Road, Washington Township, MI 48094. The Joint Early Voting Site time of canvass will begin at 8:00 p.m. on February 27, 2024.

The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate the computer programming used to tabulate the votes cast at the election meets the requirements of Michigan election law.
