A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 6:04 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as amended.
2. To approve going into closed session at 6:09 PM for the purpose of: 1) Discussion of a legal opinion regarding the Township Manager hiring process pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g).
3. To adjourn the meeting at 6:53 PM.
