Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing before the Ray Township Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at the Ray Township Offices, located at 64255 Wolcott Road, Ray, Michigan, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the request to vary Section 1807, Trash Receptacles, Location and Screening and to vary Section 2500 D, Private Roads, which requires a concrete approach for 67101 Brian Drive, Parcel 21-05-06-401-012, Brad and Renee White, Applicants
Copies of the application and any related documents are available for inspection at the Ray Township Offices, 64255 Wolcott, Ray, MI 48096, Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
All interested citizens are encouraged to attend and will be given an opportunity to comment on said application. Written comments may be submitted up to 4:00 p.m. on March 26, 2024.
