A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 6:00 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session at 6:06 PM for the purpose of: 1) Discussion of a confidential legal opinion regarding employee absence management and systems security policy, pursuant to MCL 15.268(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g); 2) Discussion of a confidential legal opinion regarding jurisdiction for regulatory authority, pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g); 3) Discussion of a confidential legal opinion regarding MS4 Stormwater Discharge Ordinance; 4) Discussion of a legal opinion regarding the Township Manager selection, pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g).
3. To adjourn the meeting at 6:56 PM.
