A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as amended.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda as read.
3. To approve the Oakland Township Stormwater Discharge Ordinance and hereby set the 2nd reading for the Board of Trustees meeting on April 30, 2024 and direct the Township Clerk to publish the notice in accordance with the state law.
4. To approve the purchase of the 3 modules in quote Q-15674 from the vendor ESO for a price of $6,814.97 including the one-time fees. With an ongoing cost of $5,930.00. The funding will come from account 206-336-956.010. No budget adjustment is required at this time.
5. To approve the Charter Township of Oakland to enter into an agreement with the Road Commission of Oakland County to resurface Dutton Road from Brewster Road east until the pavement ends for an approximate amount of $115,000.
6. To adjourn the meeting at 7:55 PM.
