On March 20, 2024, the Charter Township of Washington Board of Trustees approved for final publication and adoption the Washington Township Food Truck Ordinance which provides for the licensing of food trucks, establishes regulations for the operation and location of food truck vending and provides for Township inspections of food trucks prior to the issuance of a license. The Ordinance is posted in the Office of the Washington Township Clerk and on the Township’s website at www.washingtontownship.org. A copy of the Ordinance can also be obtained or inspected at the Washington Township Clerk’s Office located at 57900 Van Dyke, Washington, MI during regular business hours.
