A regular meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 7:06 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve the Consent Agenda as read.
3. To approve budget amendments #24-09 & #24-10 from the Budget Amendment Memo dated 04/02/2024. The net result of these amendments are projected changes in the General and Fire Fund balances of $6,000 and $8,000 respectively.
4. To approve the resolution to declare any future improvements to the Southwest Water Storage Facility commonly known as The Crossings Wellhouse as an essential public structure and service, and thereby, waive the requirements found in the Zoning Ordinance and authorize the Township Clerk to certify and file same.
5. To appoint David Phillips to the HDC for a 3-year term ending May 2027.
6. To appoint Ron Bargy to the HDC for a 3-year term ending May 2027.
7. To adjourn the meeting at 7:41 PM.
