A special meeting of the Charter Township of Oakland Board of Trustees was called to order on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 6:01 PM in the Township Hall, 4393 Collins Rd, Rochester, MI.
PRESENT: Robin Buxar, Supervisor; Dave Mabry, Clerk; John Giannangeli, Treasurer; Jack Elder, Trustee; Jeanne Langlois, Trustee; Lana Mangiapane, Trustee; Andy Zale, Trustee
ABSENT: None
THE FOLLOWING MOTIONS WERE MADE AND PASSED:
1. To approve the agenda as presented.
2. To approve going into closed session at 6:03 PM for the purpose of: 1) Discussion of written confidential legal opinion regarding amendment to hunting ordinance, pursuant to MCL15.268(1)(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g). 2) Discussion of written legal opinion regarding employment contract terms for Township Manager, pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g). 3) Discussion of a written legal opinion regarding SW Water Storage Essential Services Designation, pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(h) and MCL 15.243(1)(g).
3. To adjourn the meeting at 7:02 PM.
