The Settlor, THOMAS J. VALENT, date of birth 04/07/1938, who lived at 51149 Forster Lane, Shelby Township, MI 48316, died 03/27/2024. There is no personal representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST OF THOMAS J. VALENT dated January 19, 1996 will be forever barred unless presented to Kathryn M. Caruso, Esq., 6480 Citation Drive, Suite A, Clarkston, Michigan 48346, or Kimberlee Gallop, Successor Trustee, at 906 Whitcomb Avenue, Royal Oak, MI 48073 within four (4) months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
