Stier–Excused absence. 2.Agenda-Approved. 3.Public Comments-none. 4.Closed Session: To consult with Township Attorney regarding trial or settlement strategy in connection with pending litigation of Ray Township vs. Luke Will, Macomb County Circuit Court, Case #23-000204 AR-pursuant to Section 8 (1) (e) of the Open Meetings Act-Approved close session at 2:01 pm.
