PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a petition has been filed with the Township Board of the Charter Township of Washington signed by the record owners of lands constituting more than fifty (50%) percent of the total road frontage to be benefitted by the installation of certain paving improvements described in and proposed by said petition, and that the Township Board has tentatively declared its intention to make said improvements, particularly described as follows:
THE PAVING IMPROVEMENTS ARE DESCRIBED AS:
1.5” mill and HMA overlay, HMA patching, resurfacing, base repair, structure adjustments, some curb and gutter replacement and restoration and no improvements or driveway replacements. The paving improvements are for Copperwood Drive, Sugar Creek Drive, Grand Oaks Court and Heatherwood Court.
Plans and estimates have been prepared and are on file with the Township Clerk for public examination.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Township Board will meet on June 26, 2024 at 6:30 o’clock P.M. at the Township Hall, 57900 Van Dyke, Washington, MI 48094, Washington Township, Michigan for the purpose of hearing any objections to the petition, the installation of said paving improvements and the creation of a special assessment district therefor.
