Pres. Pro Tem Clark called meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Council members present at roll call: Clark, Boelke, Adair, Shall, Stirrett. Absent: Coenen, Vacant Council Seat. Also present: Clerk Poulos, Treasurer Porter, Sam Boelke, Andrew Cubitt, Chris Krotche, Marcia Hollins, Kevin Grand, and Stacy Sobotka.
COUNCIL ACTION: Unanimously approved Agenda as presented. Heard and/or received the Treasurer’s Report, Police Action Report, and the Code Enforcement Report for May, 2024 verbal reports from Park Commissioner Shall, Water Commissioner Boelke, Treasurer Porter, and Police Commissioner Adair. Unanimously Approved the Consent Agenda as presented: RCM Minutes of 5/28/24 approved as presented; Payment of Bills totaling $111,467.16 as presented. Unanimously Approved: to appoint Amy Barzyk to the elective office of Village Trustee for a term ending with the next regular Village election, subject to the appointee meeting the qualifications set forth in Chapter II of the General Law Village Act; to accept the Rowe PSC Water Reliability Study quote in the amount of $15,000.00 and to allow the Water Commissioner to sign for the Village; to postpone consideration of STI compensation increase to the June 24, 2024 Regular Council Meeting; to approve creating the checks for all performances at Armada Jams for the 2024 concert season and to allow disbursement to the performers on the day of their performance; to close the Village Office on Friday, July 5, 2024.
