PUBLIC NOTICE – NOTICE OF LAST DAY OF REGISTRATION FOR THE ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2024 ARMADA TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN

TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF ARMADA TOWNSHIP:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Armada Township who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Township Clerk; the office of the County Clerk; a Secretary of State branch office, other designated state agency, or www.michigan.gov/sos.

The last day to register in any manner (mail or online) other than in-person with the local clerk is MONDAY, JULY 22, 2024.

After this date, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.492) at the Armada Township Clerk’s office, located at 23121 E. Main, Armada, MI 48005 at the following times:

• Regular business hours: Monday – Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Saturday, August 3 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Election Day, Tuesday, August 6 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the Primary Election you will be voting on nominating candidates for the following offices:

United States Senator, Representative in Congress, Representative in State Legislature, Prosecuting Attorney, Sheriff, County Clerk and Register of Deeds, County Treasurer, Public Works Commissioner, County Commissioner, Judge of Probate Court.

Armada Township: Supervisor, Clerk, Treasurer and Trustees (2) and Precinct Delegates.
